Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order after payment. The cancellation fees are as follows:

Within 24 hours (before production starts): A 5% cancellation fee will be applied.
After 24 hours (once production has started): A 25% cancellation fee will be applied.
After 3 days (if production is completed): A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
After the item is shipped: Cancellations are not possible.

Return & Refund Policy
